Conversion accuracy
Our InPage converters are built from documented character tables and tested automatically against every table entry and a growing collection of real documents. They handle standard Urdu text, diacritics, digits and punctuation reliably. Some documents still need a human eye:
- text using decorative or custom fonts and special symbols;
- documents created in unusual InPage builds or in Arabic or other language modes;
- PDFs with damaged or missing text layers;
- words where Arabic ه could be either ہ or ھ.
Characters a tool cannot convert are highlighted rather than removed, so you can find them easily. Always proofread converted text before you publish, print, file or send it, especially legal documents, financial records, exam papers and religious texts.
Numbers in words
The Number to Urdu Words tool follows common Pakistani usage and spelling. Some numbers have more than one accepted spelling, and institutions such as banks, courts and examination boards may follow their own style rules. The tool is a writing aid, not financial or legal advice. Check your institution's requirements for cheques, contracts and official forms.
Typing and keyboard layouts
The typing pad follows the published CRULP phonetic keyboard layout. Installed keyboards on your computer or phone may differ slightly, depending on the version you use.
Images
You are responsible for the words and photos you use in images made with our tools. Sample couplets are by poets whose work is in the public domain. Works by modern poets may be protected by copyright.
Trademarks and affiliation
LipiTools is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to InPage, Microsoft, Google or any other company whose products are mentioned. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.
