Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information LipiTools (lipitools.com) collects, how it is used and the choices you have. The short version: the text you put into our tools never leaves your device, and we collect as little as possible.
Who we are
LipiTools (lipitools.com) is operated by Wasiullah Soomro, Lahore, Pakistan, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact hello@lipitools.com.
Text, names and images you use with our tools
All tools on this website (the converters, the repair tool, number and digit tools, word counter, typing pad and image makers) run entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The text you paste or type, the names you enter and the photos you choose are processed on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party, and we do not store, log or see them. We do not save your text in your browser's storage either.
Some tools remember a display preference on your device, such as the chosen Urdu font or text size. These preferences are stored in your browser's local storage, contain no personal information, are never sent to us, and can be removed by clearing your browser's site data.
Hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data sent by your browser (such as the browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks and abuse. We do not use this data to identify you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how fast the site loads. It is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not track you across websites and does not build a profile of you. We only see aggregated figures such as page views, referring websites, country, browser type and page load times. We do not use any other analytics service.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This website uses, or may use, Google AdSense to show advertisements. Ads help keep the tools free.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised advertising cookies are used, through a consent message provided by Google, a certified consent management platform. You can accept, reject or manage your choices, and change them at any time using the privacy settings link shown with the message. The legal basis for advertising cookies is your consent. The legal basis for keeping the site secure and measuring its performance without cookies is our legitimate interest in running a reliable website.
Contact form
When you send a message through our contact form:
- What we collect: your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message. Nothing else from the form is kept.
- Why: only to read and answer your message and to fix any problem you report. We never add you to a mailing list and never sell or share your details.
- How it is sent: a small function on our host, Cloudflare, passes the message to Resend, an email delivery provider, which delivers it to our inbox. The function does not store or log your message.
- Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser and your IP address for this check only. It does not show ads or track you across websites.
- How long we keep it: as long as needed to deal with your message, and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless the law requires a longer period.
If you email us directly instead, the same rules apply.
Children's privacy
Our tools are suitable for students of all ages, but the website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A child should not send us personal information through the contact form without a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as font projects and keyboard downloads. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Because our tools do not collect your text, the only personal information we normally hold is what you send through the contact form or by email. To make a request, write to hello@lipitools.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Because tool data never leaves your device, it cannot be exposed by a breach of our systems.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
