LipiTools (lipitools.com) is operated by Wasiullah Soomro, Lahore, Pakistan. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us.

1. Using the tools

The tools on this site are free to use for personal, educational and commercial purposes. You do not need an account. The results you create (converted text, number words, counts, images) are yours, and you may use them however you like, subject to the rights of others in the content you put in.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the text, names and images you use with the tools. Only use material you have the right to use. Poetry and other works by living or recently deceased authors may be protected by copyright; credit authors and obtain permission where required. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive or review your content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site to create or distribute unlawful, hateful, defamatory or infringing material;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
  • scrape or copy the site's content or guides in bulk, or present them as your own;
  • frame the site or embed its tools in another website in a way that hides their source;
  • use automated tools to generate artificial traffic or interact with advertisements.

4. No warranty on accuracy

We work hard to make every tool accurate, and we test them thoroughly. However, Urdu text comes from many sources and versions of software, and no converter can guarantee a perfect result for every document. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wasiullah Soomro and LipiTools are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools. This includes errors in converted text, lost data, lost profits or damage to reputation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is nothing.

6. Our content

The site's design, text, guides and code are owned by Wasiullah Soomro unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back. Fonts and third-party data used on the site remain under their own licences, listed on our About page.

7. Trademarks

“InPage” and other product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe compatibility. LipiTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those owners.

8. Advertising and third-party links

The site may show advertisements and link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of advertisers or linked sites.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or change, add or remove tools at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections that the law of your country gives you.
